The biggest takeaway for me has been the awareness that I am not as healed as I thought I was from my past experiences. I thought that with my education and my experience as a counselor, I could avoid some pitfalls and traps that are out there. I've noticed that I've been triggered at some point.

I realized that I still need more healing to occur in my life to manifest the life that I want. I really do appreciate the group, the supportive environment. Stephan is always a class act in his responses and he seems like he genuinely wants to help. So I appreciate it. Thank you.
